After earning a bachelor's degree in Art History from Rutgers University, Tana Nesbitt-Hayes began her design career in the office of Geary Design in Naples, Florida, where she gained hands-on experience in all areas of design, from crafting custom rugs to designing modern homes. 

She then pivoted, earning a graduate degree in Architecture, and working at the award-winning offices of Oppenheim Architecture, Shulman and Associates, and Rene Gonzalez Architects in Miami.

In 2007, she opened her own studio in Miami, completing several multimillion-dollar projects before transitioning to NYC in 2010. Since then, she has continued to work on a wide range of projects for remarkable clients all over the world.
